Day 12 – Wednesday

Today was a little different as we went to Seaworld – and it was brilliant. Most of us voted it the best park yet.

The roller-coasters are the best we’ve been on so far, and the park was nearly empty when we got there so we could do them without queuing and there are lots of places to view sealife, and to touch them including dolphins, manta rays and more.

But the highlights have to be the shows. The most famous if the killer whale show, where Debs, Hannah, Thomas and Jack sat at the front in the very appropriately named soak zone – they were drenched! After that we enjoyed a dolphin show before finishing with a hilarious sealion (and otter and walrus) show, hosted by a very funny pirate. Maybe you had to be there to appreciate it.
